Swappy processes account information, profile and listing images, messages, location supplied by the user, swap history, ratings, reports, blocks, device notification tokens, notification preferences, and technical security data to operate and protect the service.
We use service providers for hosting, database storage, image storage, transactional email, and push delivery through Firebase Cloud Messaging. These providers process data only to operate those services. We do not sell personal data.
Content and reports may be reviewed to prevent fraud, harassment, prohibited goods, and other abuse.
Users can permanently delete their account in Settings. Associated hosted profile and listing images are also scheduled for deletion. Limited records may be retained only where legally required or necessary to prevent fraud and abuse.
You can update account information, control location and notification permissions, choose notification categories in Settings, block users, report content, and request deletion.
